Yakisoba


Ingredients:

2 cups egg noodles 
2 cups shrimp, shelled and deveined 
1/2 cup cleaned and sliced squid 
1 stalk onion leeks, chopped 
1 cup bean sprouts, cleaned 
2 pieces mushrooms, sliced 
1/4 cup sliced carrot 
1/2 cup sliced pork loin   
Teriyaki Sauce: 
1 tablespoon white sugar 
1 tablespoon rice wine 
3 tablespoons cooking oil 
3 tablespoons soy sauce 
1 teaspoon AJINOMOTO GINISA FLAVOR MIX 
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO" Super Seasoning
Procedure:

  • In a pan, heat oil then saute pork loin, shrimp, squid, onion leeks, carrots, mushrooms and bean sprouts. 
  •  Add  cooked egg noodles. Cook well.
  •  To make the sauce, combine soy sauce,AJINOMOTO GINISA FLAVOR MIX, sugar, rice wine and AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning. 
  •  Add to sauteed pork loin.
  •  Cook until slightly dry.
