Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup whole corn kernels
4 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
Lettuce leaves, separated
Procedure:
- In hot oil, stir fry green and red bell peppers, carrots and corn kernels.
- Add oyster sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix and mix well before turning off the fire. Cool.
- Spoon vegetables on lettuce leaves before serving.
