Fried Fruit Salad



Ingredients:

Mangoes
Bananas
Fruit Cocktail
Cream
Condensed Milk
Flour
Egg
Bread Crumbs
Apples Sugar
Caster Sugar
Cinnamon

Procedure:

Mix mangoes, bananas, fruit cocktail, condensed milk and cream. Set aside and freeze.
Shape fruit salad into bards.
Preheat Oil then dredge Fruit Salad Bars in flour, dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until golden brown. Drain in paper towels.
Sautee apples. Add sugar and water. Reduce. Add cinnamon.
Plate fried fruit salad. Top with apple mixture. Sprinkle with Caster Sugar.
