Mixed Seafood


Ingredients:

100 grams white shrimps, shell, head and tail removed
50 grams cuned lapu-lapu fillet
50 grams squid, cut into rings
1 tablespoon AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix
3 tablespoons corn oil
2 pieces chopped tomatoes
A dash of white pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch
50 grams assorted lettuce leaves

Procedures:
  • Mix all seafoods together and marinate with AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix.
  • In a pan, heat corn oil and sauté the mixed seafoods.Season with white pepper. Add tomatoes and finish with cornstarch.
  • Arrange assorted lettuce leaves on a plate. Put mixed seafood in the middle. Serve cold.
