Squid in Black Bean Sauce


Ingredients:

3/4 kilo well cleaned fresh squid
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup black beans sauce (tausi)
1/2 cup water1 tablespoon sugar
2 pieces sliced finger pepper
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning
Procedure:
  • In hot oil, stir fry squid until flesh becomes firm and turns white, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in black beans sauce and water. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add sugar, finger pepper and mix well.
  • Sprinkle AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus and AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning. Cook for another minute before turning off the fire.
